Shipping
Orders typically will ship within 1-2 days upon order receipt. If for any reason there is an item out of stock, we will notify the customer.If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer and either put the item or order on back order, substitute the item (upon approval of customer), or issue a refund (upon approval of customer.
Returns
Customer has 30 days to return merchandise in new and unused condition.
- Customer must contact Nazar Hookah before sending back merchandise in order to return products ordered.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
If an item is defective upon arrival, customer has 3 days to contact Nazar Hookah.
